Hayden is finally breaking her silence about the night her father was arrested for allegedly hitting her mother. Hayden said, "It was blown way out of proportion by a sheriff who wanted his 15 minutes of fame. My family is wonderful, so very happy."

More details are emerging about Hayden's father's arrest for hitting her mom. "He got upset and struck [her] in the face one or two times on the left cheek which caused some bruising. From what I'm told, he hit her with a closed fist" said an officer.

Hayden's dad has just been arrested for spousal abuse! The incident occurred at around 3 o'clock this morning, just after Hayden and her parents got back from a party. I guess Hollywood doesn't just corrupt actors...their parents can go crazy too!

Hayden Panettiere and the cast of Heroes learned a lesson about how (not) to ride elevators this weekend. About 30 of them crowded into the same one, causing it to shut down for several minutes. Fortunately, nobody got stuck!

Poor Milo! Friends say he's devastated that Hayden moved in with her best friend instead of him when she bought her own place. I guess since he's like 30 his biological clock is ticking or whatever. Wait--do men have a biological clock?

Hayden pulled a Lindsay Lohan and released her debut single. I haven't even heard it yet, but I'm going to go out on a limb and assume it sucks. Because actress wannabe singers normally don't have a good track record. (Scarlett Johansson anyone?)
